Trace Your Lost Items In Easy Way With TrackR
US-based start-up TrackR has revealed a variety of different tracking devices together with the TrackR Pixel and TrackR Wallet 2.0 ahead of CES 2017. With the purpose to stop customers from dropping their things permanently, the new products work with TrackR’s lately announced Atlas which permits customers to trace items.
TrackR comes in a plastic covering and is available in nine different colors with a LED light to make it easier to find in the dark. It covers a diameter of 26 millimeters and a thickness of 5 millimeters and is set a price at $24.99.
For the time being, the TrackR Wallet 2.0 with a thickness of merely 2 millimeters is described as the thinnest tracking device in the market. It is set a price at $29.99.
Both the devices work with the recently announced Atlas, which is a Bluetooth-enabled Wi-Fi wall plug that helps as the main hub for tracking all items linked to a TrackR device.
Operators just need to attach TrackR’s devices to main things such as keys and wallets. Following which, tracking these items from a distance of up to 100 feet through Bluetooth becomes easy. Outside of this range, TrackR’s technology relies on a crowd-sourced network of TrackR products to trace the lost items.
The TrackR Atlas as well supports Amazon’s Alexa. This permits operators to issue voice instructions to their smart speaker in order to trace a misplaced item.Pre-orders for the TrackR Atlas have started and shipping is estimated to begin in the coming months.
